The interior design industry is often misunderstood. Some folks don’t realize all the work that goes into designing your dream space. Often, the hard work designers put it is overlooked and what we do is considered “shopping all day, how fun!” Well, yes, our job IS fun but there’s more to it than that. Read on to hear our answers to some of our most FAQ’s.
FAQ #1: Will you work with my builder or general contractor?
Absolutely, positively, 1000% YES, we will. In fact, it’s a requirement to work with KozyKasa. If you are renovating or building a new construction home, it’s important that all parties involved work together to ensure the end design is exactly how it was indented to be. There are too many moving parts for us not to be in communication with any builder or trade through out the process.

FAQ #2: How much do designers charge for their services?
This is a tough one because no two projects are the same. KozyKasa charges flat fees, based on the scope of your project. We take into account how many room or rooms you are designing, amount of construction site or showroom visits, design meetings, and order procurement your project will entail to determine your design fee. FAQ #3: Where do you source products?
KozyKasa sources through wholesale furniture vendors located all over the USA, along with a few international vendors. We attend markets year round to discover new vendors and products that come into the design scene. We hand pick and choose which vendors we decide to work with based on level of quality, manufacturing process, customer service, customization levels, and price points. Opening these accounts is not easy to do and some require a minimum yearly spend. So, you can trust that wherever we source your furniture from is top tier in Kozy’s standards.
